Ishmel Gabriel Sanchez

Founder & Executive Chairman

Mr. Ishmel G. Sanchez is a Founder, Chairman, Managing Principal and Chief Investment Officer in several companies: MedStratum Corporation, MedStratum Supplies, MedStratum LLC., CapStratum Management, LLC., Momentus Estate Holdings, LLC. Momentus M&A Assets, Golden Capital Ventures, Inc (GCV). Mr. Sanchez is responsible for the capitalization of MedStratum Corporation and is the founding Principal. MedStratum Corporation is one of the select nation’s only minority-owned and operated private label medical, Hospitality and large retail supply company.
In launching the enterprise, Mr. Sanchez was instrumental in securing a number of assets, including credit lines, prospective contract opportunities, senior management talent, and diversified product offerings. MS is projected to gross hundreds of millions of dollars in its first 2 years of operation. With CapStratum Management, Mr. Sanchez plays a pivotal role in the company’s acquisition of middle market strong, consistent cash flowing businesses with proven, scalable income-growth potential.

In assessing the valuation of such concerns, he takes into account product lines, pricing, sales trends, competition, market size, capitalization requirements, (potential) return on investment, management, and more. At present, Mr. Sanchez also heads CSM, a global investment advisory and asset management firm based in Atlanta, Ga. In his capacity, Mr. Sanchez manages diversified portfolios for affluent clients domiciled in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Germany, and other global destinations. Highly skilled in trading exotic financial instruments, commodities as well as conservative vehicles, raising growth and acquisition capital, he is recognized for consistently generating above-average returns for clients based on sound research, investment acumen, and integrity-based decision making. Before launching the aforementioned Georgia-based ventures.

 Mr. Sanchez served as chairman and CEO of several financial services firms in which were managed, operated then sold, including ETECHCOM and IGS Acquisitions. Under ETECHCOM, he led a sales force organization of more than 100 seasoned executives in marketing and selling point-of-sale devices, check verification equipment, Automated Teller Machines, and a host of additional merchant and financial services, including commercial and residential mortgages and operational business loans.

 A native of Brooklyn, New York. Mr. Sanchez is an alumnus of the New York Institute of Finance, Villanova University. He holds multiple certifications in his profession, including Real Estate Investing, Wealth Management, Portfolio Management.

He is fluent in Spanish as well as English and enjoys business relationships around the world. An advocate of community service, he is committed to creating business and employment opportunities for others. He resides in metro Atlanta.

Prince Nwazulu Dennis

Prince Nwazulu Dennis is an American born in Anambra State in Eastern Nigeria. Prince is an international business magnate and entrepreneur currently living in Los Angeles, California. Prince was born in the Family of Nwazulu, he is the second of seven children. He began his education at Constitution Crescent Primary School, Aba, and Ngwa High School, Aba. After primary and secondary school Prince attended River State University of Science and Technology Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Prince started early in life learning the ropes of business from his father, the founder of W.O Nwazulu and Sons Ltd, an electrical wares firm. He developed an interest in business and investing during his youth. His business enthusiasm stems from this early and dedicated apprenticeship. Prince’s most recent endeavors include the founding of Emerald Wealth Holdings LLC (EWH), California, USA, and his COO/CFO position at Medstratum Medical Supplies LLC (MMS), Atlanta, Georgia. EWH LLC focuses on medical supplies, hospitality industries, as well as real estate developments. Under MMS LLC, Prince and his good friend Mr. Ishmel G. Sanchez (CEO), have successfully supplied and continue to supply medical supplies and water to hospitals and hotel chains in the USA and around the world.

After university, Prince travelled to Taiwan where he worked for a construction company to build capital. Alongside working, Prince enrolled in Fujen Catholic University, where he dedicated himself to learn and master the Chinese language. Prince eventually acquired a diploma in Mandarin from Fujen Catholic University. Prince, armed with his fluency in Mandarin, was able to raise enough capital to start buying used motorcycles and used auto car parts which he exported to Nigeria, beginning in Nnewi, a commercial city in the Eastern part of Nigeria.

In 1995 he founded Wons Universal Corporation in United States of America, initially with a focus in trading automobile and automobile spare parts, however, later expanded to dealing in apparels, household furniture’s, and kitchen fittings.

Wons Group commenced operation in Nigeria in 1995 as
a distributor of Jincheng Motorcycle, Kymco Motorcycle and their parts. The company commenced operation with $100,000 dollars that he raised from his construction work. The first order he placed with Jincheng and Kymco was importing over 50 containers of Jincheng and Kymco product, by the year 2003 the business grew to $15 million dollars.

Prince has been effecting positive change in Nigeria since 2000, Prince has extensive international experience and has contributed to the economic growth in Nigeria with his participation in the following sectors: energy (including oil drilling, exportation, and importation of petroleum products), electricity generation, transmission, and distribution; infrastructural development; funds syndication; equipment procurement; and the provision of recycling service programs.

Prince Dennis is the Managing Director and Founder of Fortune Electric Power Company Ltd. In 2009, the Nigerian Government requested Prince to become involved in power generation, because of his reputation in the country. Subsequently in 2010, Prince and his business Partner, Marshall Gobuty, formed a partnership and created the Fortune Power Electric Company Ltd. with key international and strategic partners for the purpose of commissioning power plants in Nigeria. Fortune Electric Power Company Ltd. (FEPC) is the project developer.

One of FEPC’s technical partners is Manitoba Hydro International (MHI), Canada. In conjunction with MHI, FEPC developed and acquired licenses for two power plants, a 1000MW at Onuk village, Akwa Ibom State and 500MW plant in Obubra, Cross River State. The project is estimated to cost the sum of $1.75 billion dollars. Fortune Power Electric Company Ltd.

With key international and strategic partners for the purpose of commissioning power plants in Nigeria. Fortune Electric Power Company Ltd. (FEPC) is the project developer. Greg Blackwell

Greg Blackwell is the Chief Distribution Officer for the Medstratum Corporation

He is responsible for managing distribution of Medstratum procured product to a myriad of end users in an efficient and timely manner. He is also tasked with relationship management as it relates to product distribution.

Prior to taking this role with Medstratum, Greg for the last 45+ years has been involved in residential real estate development. His experience includes land acquisition, land planning, interface with local and state agencies, and project entitlement management which includes coordination of consultants across a myriad of complex project types of up to 500 units.

As a professional Greg’s values stem from the idea that when people work toward a common goal and with integrity, they can all enjoy expected results that will foster strong business relationships. Greg believes that this idea is the backbone of all successful companies.

Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University at Fresno.

Greg has been married for 39 years. He and his wife Kate have 6 children and so far 4 grandchildren. Besides his grandchildren, he also enjoys dinners with family, traveling, snow skiing, tennis, and pickleball.
